Integrated management of information and knowledge
hunter supplies an overview of a project’s workflow: Recruiters are supported with project management and project controlling thanks to its differentiation between individual project tasks such as acquisition, customer support and the definition of project targets and milestones. hunter also has import/export interfaces for Excel data so that researchers and other external sources can be quickly integrated into the workflow. Through integration with Outlook and Word, letters or emails can be automatically and quickly produced by means of pre-defined templates.

Individual adaptation and different views
hunter’s open architecture permits numerous technical settings to be adapted; the appearance can also be customised to the requirements of the various users – without extra programming. Through the automatic linking of data (company to person, person to project and project to company) it permits the integrated solution to display different views. The software is also equipped with various languages.

Overview and intelligent information processing
hunter provides information on candidate, task and contact management and also appointment co-ordination quickly, simply and clearly.
All information about a candidate flows together and can be displayed as an overview in a dialog. The user can also display the contact history of individual candidates and is thus always informed about the state of the application process. In subsequent projects he also knows which candidates have already been contacted.

By connecting hunter to Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes it is possible to synchronise contacts, appointments and activities.

Decisive strength: rapid location of stored information
hunter offers detailed search mechanisms for versatile and individually customisable queries. Large data quantities can thus be rapidly analysed and filtered. In addition to data from the database, all attached documents (e.g. PDFs) are evaluated via a full text search. For scanned-in documents (e.g. references) the text content is made available for the full text search via OCR text recognition.
hunter delivers output in the form of a graphical and thus transparent display of the results.

Its self-explanatory user interface should be immediately familiar to everyone who works with Microsoft Office.

Special tools: candidate ranking and potential analysis
hunter greatly simplifies applicant selection by allowing decision-makers to define and weight so-called hard and soft facts. They define mandatory and optional criteria at the beginning of a project. They also evaluate possible candidate characteristics on a points scale. The applications are then scanned according to these criteria and an automatic ranking is produced.
The potential analysis gives personnel managers the possibility of evaluating employees with regard to their development potential. When a position is vacant, they can thus first exploit internal company resources instead of immediately starting an external project.

New: Relationship Management
hunter is the only solution on the market which includes relationship management. This permits rather intuitive knowledge about candidate relationships to be made visible. Similar to a social website, HR Specialists electronically display the relationship network of the company and people: this serves as an instrument for evaluating candidate suitability or makes it possible to identify suitable candidates. Optional additional modules
hunter offers four optional additional modules: Job Center, Client Center, Organisational Chart and Invoicing. The Job Center acts as an independent job exchange on the Internet with job adverts and applicant recording. With Client Center the companies being supported can be provided with selected information on the progress of their projects. The Organisational Chart module depicts organisational structures of personnel consultancies’ customers or target customers in organisational charts which are particularly suitable for presentations in the acquisition phase. The invoicing module can assign all costs arising to the appropriate cost centres.

Quick introduction and world-wide access
fecher supports companies in introducing hunter – a process which is already quick and simple. In addition, specialists transfer existing data from other databases. With a maintenance agreement, companies can also participate in the further development of the solution and make use of fecher support. Once hunter is installed, the content can be accessed via the Internet or intranet from any location in the world. fecher also offers the possibility of a hosting service.
